The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice is a student-run and student-edited journal that was founded in 1976. The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy and Practice is the product of the merger of Hamline Journal of Law and Policy and William Mitchell Journal of Law and Practice in 2016. Law Journal’s charge is: “Excellence through diligence, not exclusivity.” Law Journal’s Editors work hard to produce the highest quality of legal publication available on topics relating to legal practice, legal issues faced by the public, and legal policy solutions.
