The Touro Law Review is the law journal of the Touro University Jacob D Fuchsberg Law Center located on Long Island, New York, and dedicated to the advancement of legal scholarship. Once selected for publication, each article undergoes an extensive editorial process designed to perfect its accuracy and clarity.
