The Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law was founded in 2005 as a student-run business law journal specializing in corporate, financial, and commercial law subjects.
The Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law invites legal scholars and practitioners to submit articles for our Spring 2024 publication.
We are particularly interested in scholarship related to torts and related issues, although we also welcome submissions on other topics. Note that we will only consider submissions with a connection to corporate, financial, or commercial matters.
Please ensure that your submissions meet the following criteria:
(1) Submissions should be between 10,000 and 25,000 words, including footnotes.
(2) Footnotes should adhere to the guidelines in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).
If you are interested in submitting your article, please do so via Claudius.
